With this nasty virus season upon us, I decided to pull together this roundup of Trim Healthy Mama recipes that all use common items found in your pantry and freezer.

Just because you’re stuck at home during this quarantine doesn’t mean that you have eat unhealthfully, it doesn’t mean you can’t still lose weight, and it doesn’t mean that you can’t have variety!

Something to note about these recipes is that they are all Trim Healthy Mama friendly. That means they either have FAT as their primary fuel source of CARBS. A bunch of them are keto friendly as well, but you’ll need to read the ingredients to figure which ones are.
