A.Hours And Fishing Season: The Wock Family Lake shall be open to the public from sunrise to sunset year round and open for fishing during those hours beginning on April 1 and ending on October 31.
B.Fishing:
1.No person shall be allowed to fish at the lake without a valid Illinois fishing license. This requirement shall not apply to children under sixteen (16) years old or persons declared legally disabled or blind.
2.No person shall be allowed to have more than two (2) fishing lines in the water at a time.
3.The number and size of fish that may be removed from the lake shall be as follows:

Channel catfish | 6 | None |
Largemouth bass | 3 | 15 inches |
Redear hybrid bluegill | 10 | None |
4.No live minnow bait or fish from outside sources may be placed in the lake without city authorization.
5.It shall be unlawful for any person to fish by trout line, jug, or bank line, or to engage in frogging.
6.Cleaning fish on city property is prohibited.
C.Boats: Only boats authorized by the city shall be allowed on the lake.
D.Prohibited: No person shall swim, ice skate, ice fish, or walk on ice in the lake. (Ord. 1583, 4-17-2012)
