Answer enough is a common phrase in English. I won't say figure of speech, because it's not metaphorical or ungrammatical or anything - it just doesn't match patterns that are widely used otherwise. Enough, here, is a determiner. It means sufficient, not less than is necessary.

Enough means as much as you need or as much as is necessary.

You are enough as you are, mess and all, beautiful and broken, showing up for your life every day. That's all you have to be and all you have to do. You're already enough. You are enough means you can grow and change and continue to become, because you aren't trying to prove yourself.

Not because of something you do, but because you exist. You are enough when you don't have to struggle to be more worthy, legitimate, accepted, or loved. You are already these things, exactly as you are today. It means you love and approve of yourself today, but you are always striving to be the best you can be.

Along a similar train of thought, being enough also doesn't mean you never make mistakes. None of us ever get it 100% right and believing that is possible only sets you up for feeling like you're not enough. Mistakes happen but being enough means you recognize that your mistakes don't define you.

You've achieved things in your life: You've likely accomplished many things in your life, big and small. It could be completing a project, being a good friend, or taking care of your family. These accomplishments show that you have the ability to succeed.
