Effect

Dragon Energy deals damage. It has 150 base power at maximum HP, but its base power decreases proportionally to the user's remaining HP.

Specifically, its base power is equal to Dragon Energy (move) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia (3). However, if this formula produces a value less than 1, the move's base power becomes 1 instead.

In a battle with multiple opponents, Dragon Energy will target all adjacent opponents.
