Santiago Aguiar
Good Afternoon, I'm having trouble signing off a document through my Internet Explorer. I have tried multiple browsers and still am having a tough time The document is called "CS Access Request Form" if you can help me solve this issue I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi Santiago! The Campus Solutions Access Request Form currently works in Microsoft Edge in IE Mode with Compatibility view enabled. Step 9 in this guide shows how to check that Compatibility View is turned on.

Camille Johnson
Hello! To get a print preview in IE mode, right-click on the page and select "Print preview..." If you are unable to generate a print preview this way, contact the appropriate Helpdesk listed in the Need More Help? section of this article.

Setting edge as a default browser was unnecessary, glad I skipped that part. It worked anyway thanks.
Camille Johnson
Hi Austin! That part is just to set certain pages to always open in Internet Explorer. This guide is tailored to Cal State Fullerton faculty/staff. Employees at Cal State Fullerton need to access certain functions that require IE Mode and following the default browser steps shaves some time off the process the next time they have to access those pages. This article seems to get a decent amount of traffic from non-CSUF affiliated individuals though, so for folks that just need to activate IE Mode the one time, following steps 6 onward should suffice.
